STANDARD ORDERS HAVE A 3 WEEK TURNAROUND TIME AS OF 08/11.
From the day we have received BOTH your artwork + payment, plus 3-10 business days for shipping.

SHIPPING
You pay for shipping on orders. All orders are shipped insured FED EX GROUND (unless specified differently.)
ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE SEPARATE FROM INITIAL JOB INVOICE
(Shipping fees will be determined when jobs are finished and packaged for transport. An additional invoice will be made for shipping only. Prices will vary depending on weight, quantity and expedition of job.)

RUSH JOBS
Any high volume jobs submitted UNDER A TWO WEEK PERIOD, Will result in an additional fee:
FEE CONSISTS OF INITIAL COST OF JOB PLUS 25%. Additional fees will be applied if final artwork is not submitted print ready. Job timeline reflects when final print ready artwork is submitted.

Any high volume jobs submitted UNDER A SEVEN DAY PERIOD, Will result in an additional fee:
FEE CONSISTS OF INITIAL COST OF JOB PLUS 50%. Additional fees will be applied if final artwork is not submitted print ready. Job timeline reflects when final print ready artwork is submitted.

STOCK PAPER Boise Smooth Opaque 100 lb. cover in white or natural.

SPECIALTY PAPER
Colored, textured + coated (C1S/C2S) papers are available.

INK VARIATIONS
Pantone Colors (submitted Pantones should be SOLID UNCOATED) - $15 per color
Metallics - over 50% coverage - $35, under 50% coverage - $25
Ink Switches - $15 per color
Glow / Split Fountain - $1.00 per sheet
Expecting a "photoshop perfect" gradient is NOT possible as a screen-printed print.
Every single print will vary and the ink will blend differently over the length of the run.
Transparent overprinting - matching PMS/Pantone colors with overprinting is not possible. We can produce secondary colors printing with transparent inks but we can not predict the exact color.

ART SPECS - Digital Files
COLOR SEPARATIONS/TRAPPING/ART TIME
$55 per hour

FILES/ARTWORK
Must be properly separated and trapped.
Problematic files or untrapped/unseparated artwork delays the scheduling of your job.

VECTOR FILES
As long as the file was created in Illustrator (NOT PHOTOSHOP THEN PLACED IN ILLUSTRATOR)
there is no need for you to do separations. Please convert all fonts to outlines or curves.

RASTER FILES
This means each color needs to be on a separate layer. this means if you have 3 colors there will only be 3 layers. We can do this for you if you do not know how at $55.00 per hour, please call us for a quote. Please create your design at 300 dpi or higher, this is very important, anything lower than 300 dpi seriously compromises the resolution (crispness).

LAYOUT PROGRAM FILES
While Quark, Pagemaker and InDesign are terrific layout tools for multipage documents, they are not really recommended to create designs.
We do not accept these files.

FORMATS WE ACCEPT
- Illustrator (make sure to include fonts or outline them)
- Photoshop (300dpi or above)
- TIF and BMP (300dpi or above)

SPOT INK COLORS
COLOR CHIPS ARE FOR REFERNCE ONLY,
Colors on monitors can vary. We do not guarentee the colors shown to exactly match ink colors.
Any colors besides these, will be considered a PMS/Pantone color ($15 charge per color)
